DTI, Go Negosyo hold seminars for MSMEs
Posted 07/28/10

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), and Go Negosyo have conducted seminars for Micro, Small, and Medium Entrepreneurs (MSMEs) in 12 cities of the country as part of an advocacy in promoting entrepreneurship as an alternative to employment in the country.

The NegoSems cover the topics on mindset, opportunity-spotting, product development, marketing, and finance to aid MSMEs in developing further their business plans.

Go Negosyo likewise added a new forum to their NegoSems, titled Tagumpay Mula Sa Kahirapan, which is held at the start of the program to set participants’ mood and stir their minds and hearts with stories of triumphs.

“Through this forum, we also get to impart actual business experiences, especially on how entrepreneurs were able to grow their businesses, their best practices, and strategies that worked for them. And these stories are able to maximize the knowledge that participants take away from the NegoSem,” said Go Negosyo Founding Trustee Joey Concepcion. (dateline/DTI)
